Repubs will own all legislative failures specially because they have majority everywhere. POTUS doesn't want to deal with the suits and with same issue in March, but if he really has to, he should show us his big heart come March. Midterms would give majority back to Dems and POTUS will side with them.

If this issue is fixed before end of years thing will be different of course. Fingers crossed.
