I made this point earlier. I don't see it happening.

Democrats will never vote to end chain immigration.

or CIR for all illegals in the US + everything they're asking
You must have missed it when he said “not everyone is going to get what they want”. He’s already said he’s willing to compromise on these issues.

Why don't they create a special visa category for parents and siblings of USC? I think a path to legal permanent should be merit based and those that can add to the economy.

Win-Win

I'm honestly not too worried, at the very least we will get some sort of DACA extension (AKA BRIDGE) by March 5 and I don't see why he wouldn't sign it. He just declared in front of the whole world that he's willing to give us citizenship.

My mom and I agree on one thing, if this leads to me getting citizenship, she's willing to never get papers herself. And if it comes to her getting deported, I would rather be a citizen to be able to help her out then be undocumented

I agree with RedBlueGreen. As my father sits is a detention center right now, I promise I would be in a much better shape to help him had I been has a GC or was USC.

Chain migration is a racist term used by Nazis like Miller.

Family unification has been the cornerstone of American immigration for forever, I don't see it ending anytime soon.
