Why don't you guys get a letter from the principal and have her attach a list of her attendance and current transcript.

Yeah, we're going to go to her school right now and get her attendance record and her class schedule.

That should pretty much cover it, that was a pretty simple RFE for her. Let's hope for the best.

I'm still waiting they received my RFE on Oct 26. That's ways pass the 60 days waiting period and I'm still waiting

did you call them? and what did they say?

i'm gone call them on Monday and talk to second level officer not the regular operator and see why i haven't heard anything and it's been 2 months since they received my RFE

What was your rfe about, im thinking those about criminal record take longer, may be they do verify with the court whatever you sent as evidence.

mine was about proof of stay from 2007 to june 2012 in us and court paper for reckless driving i had on my record

but regardless there are people with criminal record and still got approved and there are people that ask for simple things and still waiting i don't get it

Oh, hopefully theyll do something once i hit the six months, only 3 more weeks for me.

I had the Same experience. I called then got approved within the week. Try calling and asking so that they will at least pull your file up.

I called twice they til me I have 2 wait 4 to 6 month
