Sorry, that might have been confusing. I haven't received my rfe but when it comes and if it happens to be for proof of June 15 thats what I will be sending.

Yes, those paypal receipts will help. That's basically all I sent for 3 years from 2009-2012 along with a few photographs and some facebook check-ins.

i just received my rfe its says insufficient evidence for the 5 years and i need to show proof from july 2008-august 2011 and october 2011-february 2012 what can i send i just printed itunes purchases right know what else i realy dont have anything from summer 08-2009...

What was your original evidence?

i sent my h.s transcripts from 04-08 facebook checkins and status, landlord affidavit, gym check ins from mar 2012-aug 2012 and other elementary stuff

i suggest u focus on other things to keep u busy, trust me it helps i been iwaiting since october :/

So my lawyer got my rfe...He says they asking for evidence to proof i was here in 2007..the year my daughter was born...supposedly they say i came here got my ex pregnant and bounced...So question is..my lawyer wants to charge me another $350 for the response...i got some evidence myself...should i do it myself?

I know in the beginning my case was complicated cause i came here 2 weeks before turning 16 and my passport had a different name and dob. He charged me $700..but now the rfe is not for that.
