Right click this link and save it to your desktop. Then right click the file on your desktop and select the Open with Adobe Reader entry. You must use Adobe's Reader, otherwise the contents of the PDF file will not be loaded. If you don't have the software you can get it here.

It's a discretionary process and they are aware that 50%+ of those who apply have jobs. You will be fine

Thank you. The reason I, and others I know are confused about the question is because of the phrase in parenthesis (include all numbers you have ever used). I never would have thought to put any number that wasn't issued by the SSA otherwise. It's specific in saying numbers used and not numbers issued. I have been thinking too much about it. At a DACA assistance workshop they said they weren't sure about that question yet that's why I wanted to know what actual applicants are doing. I think I will just leave it blank.
I agree I hope they understand that it said "...ever used." and it dint said issued by ssa... But I am really worried now I should get a response in about a week I did my biometrics 4 days ago

I didn't include mine because of the self-incrimination factor, but I am sure that they appreciate the disclosure of such information because it reinforces their trustworthiness in you by coming clean. Their main concerns are fraud and criminality.

You're welcome It's a good thing they clarified that question in the FAQ a few days ago.
