She provided evidence. But, her case still a little weird. I think she said it was one letter. She didn't seem to have much knowledge of what was filed on her behalf. She said her sister-in-law did it all.

I am just wondering if you were confused about the "new i-130."

Is it possisble that you are referring to the new provisional waiver?

Also, post BIA's decission on Arrabally, travel outside the US with Advanced Parole does not trigger the 3 or 10 year bar (unless of course you have a removal order on your record).

I applied for DACA on August 16, received my card by September and SSN/Drivers license within a two weeks of getting it. I applied for AP on October 25 and received my approval by November 24th. I traveled right away since they only gave me till December 22nd. Came back December 14th with no issues. I knew it was a huge risk but I was willing to take it. My grandmother is ill and her health is quickly deterioration. I am EWI and married to a US citizen.

That's how it I is. I believe they give you some time frame to come back and you are paroled for a year.

I'm pretty sure that "time frame to come back" and "paroled until" refer to the same thing. Or am I wrong?

So OP got one full year of AP. That's weird. I just saw on another thread here, someone also got an year. Let me see if I can find it again.

EDIT: Never mind, they're not the same thing. It seems that, upon return, everyone gets "paroled until" for another year. What does that even mean?

So full year is to adjust status after coming back?
