Daca is not even being discussed as part of this agreement.

We don't know that. Remember Flake and other GOP senators did float around the idea of adding DACA. WAIT DUDES.

Being a DACA recipient is a never ending exercise of masochism.

Even when democrats take control of the house , they will NEVER attach daca legislation to these spending bills. They would rather pass it standalone so that it’s dead in the senate or the president is able to veto it .

Honestly, I think Democrats finally learned their lesson. I believe and Mark my words that they will abandon the immigration issue as their top priority.

They learned that Latinos don't vote and that the ones that vote vote Republican.

They finally realized that their extreme pro immigration strategy does not yield anything. I predict they will moderate their stance on the subject.

Nonsense.
The millions of us who are left of center or progressive and who would vote Democratic are still waiting for the chance to earn citizenship.

Obama's years were a waste of opportunity. Had they quickly done imm reform in 2009, we would have voted in the previous election AND they would have millions more participating in the ACA which is the only tangible achievement of the last administration.

They can fix it now and do it soon. Medicare for all will not work without the millions of undocumented workers (officially)contributing their share.

Again this is all about labor. Your Daca EAD, all the others' right to work, not just protection from deportation.
