Dreamers,

On June 27th the check cleared with USCIS.

They happily took all my money.

I am patiently waiting for my I-797 receipts or an RFE.

At this stage, it should take less than two weeks to receive notice of action receipts. A couple weeks later....biometrics*!

*If biometrics is less than 15 months old, USCIS may or may not issue a biometrics notice.

15 months back from now is March 2016. I just checked my DACA renewals documents and they were sent around May 2016.

I did not know of this. Hopefully they don't send such notice. Do you think think this will cut down the time in which my Interview will be scheduled?

If you can skip biometrics, the process becomes a lot shorter.

As of today, I too have sent my packet for adjustment. Should be there tomorrow.

It's been two months since the Service received my AOS packet and still no biometrics notice. After waiting this long, I hope in the end, I won't need to retake bios since it's been less than 15 months.

That's awesome! When did you get Married? How long you been with her? EWI or visa?

Nothing came in mail today

Has anyone successfully AOS without biometrics?

Are you DACA? Are you EWI?

Did you had any convictions? How long have you been with your wife? Live together?

Dreamers, I received my receipts today. Three total receipts.

2 of them under my name and one under my wife's name.
