My process has absolutely no correlation with the DACA lawsuit. It is a coincidence. It took several months before it was ready to be sent.

The text alerts finally came last night that our apps were accepted. It just took an extra long time compared to most people, it seems like.
This may have been asked already in this thread, I just couldn't find it. Does it change the process/timeframe at all if you already have an approved I-130?

You know, I did have alerts on, but I actually never got them.

I just figured out the updates when I check on USCIS or when I got the notices in the mail.

Speaking of notices in the mail, has anyone tried "Informed Delivery" by USPS to see USCIS notices? Just learned about this today.

Yes!! It's lovely when it works. It scans your mail pieces and sends them over to you so you know what's coming in that day. Last couple of weeks though, it hasn't sent any scans. It's just said that mail is coming.
