well obviously, but thats the exact point...ITS MONEY. With a crappy job making a few bucks a day, these families can only afford food! Its a lot more complicated than what you make it seem to be, but i agree with you how important it is to be educated, but like i said...its tough when you are in their shoes...

One would think that California has bigger problems than good people trying to get an education and better themselfs....I'm getting tierd of this crap, and I live in california..
lets just push our fellow legal friends to help us all out to make sure she is not voted in...my sister and cousins are very involved in this sort of thing, were going to kick ass my friend! a democratic state like our cali. can't house a psycho like those nazis from arizona...no way, besides...WE have the highest number of illegal immigrants, Meg Whitman-YAH RIGHT!

However, if you get your EAD through DACA, then some colleges in FL allow you to have in-state tuition. I heard that FSU and FIU allow in-state tuition to deferred action applicants.
Best of luck hun!
Thx I will look into it. I may move to Panama City next year, if the MD doesn't pass this November.

they let in undocumented in if they meet the fallowing... this is from their website but we have to pay out of states which is $347.50 per credit

"Admissions Policy for Undocumented Applicants
Individuals who do not hold a non-immigrant visa can be admitted to the college if they:

1) Can provide proof of entrance into the United States before the age of 16 and are under the age of 35
2) Provide proof of having resided in the United States for at least five years without interruption
3) Provide proof of having graduated from an American high school or obtaining a GED or equivalent, or if they meet other conditional admissions requirements.

Undocumented individuals who satisfy those requirements would pay the out-of-state tuition rate regardless of whether they reside in Morris County, New Jersey, or another state entirely.

The college continues to reserve the right to refuse admission to any applicant where there is evidence that the individual would endanger the health or safety of himself/herself or others.

Undocumented individuals may not apply online, however they are more than welcome to fill out a paper application and submit that along with the $30.00 application fee, which can be found by clicking here.

If you have any further questions, you may send an inquiry to our e-mail address, [email protected]
