Planning, still not sure if it will go through, you know it depends on several factors. Main one being that my girlfriend does not back off from it. She agrees it is the best for us to remain together. We are very happy. Before the end of the year I will know for sure.

I too, expire around August of that time. I was originally going to hold off and wait till next year before filing so I could attain full residency. However, considering the AOS process takes time, wife and I decided it best to send now. Even though the process is much more expensive, AOS at least provides a free EAD and some ability to travel internationally while pending if needed(AP is multi-entry and no reason needed). |

I would probably go to Hawaii for mine, or California, never been there.
