so i have a question, i just registered and i will be posting my timeline soon but heres my story.
me and my brother sent our apps the same day and he just got approved about a week ago, we both got transferred to nabraska in the beggining of march and everything. so does anyone know why mine is taking longer?

Still waiting!

Hi there, and I believe they are doing applications randomly. It all depends on the officer that has your case they also work on other immigration cases not just DACA. On the other hand it could also depend on the kind of history you have and what kind of prove you sent. I sent mine back in Dec. and I'm still waiting but I know of others that sent it around Feb. and where approved already. Which proves they are doing it randomly.

I hit my 7th month last week, Last friday my congress women send me a copy of a email reply from USCIS, saying my case has been assign to an office and i should get a decision in 45 days, I'm calling USCIS today to see if they give me the same info as the congress women. Ahhhhhhhhhhh!
