Napolitano has the power to do it.
Napolitano has the power to do it if you meet A(i-iv) OR meet the mentioned exception. If you do not meet these requirements, Napolitano does not have the power to do squat.

I understand (ha!) what you implied, it's just that it sounds like you are giving positive feedback to a retard. Hell, you probably understood what I implied with 'lol'd'. Why can't I hold all these implications????

Ok JJ and Smooth, I see it now clearly. You're right. To keep it short...All Dreamers are on the same boat for now until the 5 years of RPI are up.

lol

I am not trying to be mean, but my dear dudes . . . there is no way out of the 5-year wait unless you have some sort of medical condition that would prevent you from meeting that requirement. I think that's the only exception.

Pretty much

I guess this what grandfathered meant , using streamline could just mean our process of getting rpi in the first is easier as we are already daca approve. The only difference between dacaers and dream acters is how you get rpi in the first place.

But now this means that the process of getting the lawful permanent residence status will be a little long even after the 5 years are up for Dreamers. Why else would they say "streamlined" for DACA recipients? Lets see how this pans out. I'm not complaining at all. To me those 5 years of RPI are just like permanent residency as long as they let me travel.
