We will know tomorrow.

Apparently he will not be taking any questions so hopefully he doesn't give some vague statement and bounce

I'm sure someone already mentioned this possibility: what if they are keeping DACA, and Sessions is simply going to say he is not going to defend it in court? Otherwise shouldn't it be someone from DHS making the announcement, or the president since it is an executive order?

I bet it's going to be a 1 minute announcement. Than he is out.

Sessions is legal counsel representing the Trump administration. We hate his ass, but he is technically the man for the announcement because it is a reply to a legal action against DACA.

I completely agree with Smooth. There have been no leaks or indications that Trump has moved away from the 6 month window that was reported earlier. We need to relax and stop scaring each other before the announcement is even made, because we honesty don't know what's going to happen. Just remember that Sessions is the Attorney General so it makes sense for him to speak out on a possible case being brought against the President.

What if the vote is 50-50 in senate and Pence has to cast the tiebreaker vote?

Pence is on our side, he is for keeping DACA.
