That sucks! What service center is your app at?

How Long does it take to receive The WORK PERMIT AFTER USPS PICKS IT UP FROM USCIS ON THE USPS WEBSITE MINE SAY'S that its expected to come today the 21 and it hasn't how long did it take you guys to receive it.

How do you mail back an rfe? It just says to mail it back to the address at the bottom.

How do you mail a mail?

So they dont give you a special envelope to send it back?

Not for me

i sent my RFE back in a normal white envelope they gave me at the post office where they put 2 stamps on it cause i sent 6 papers total in there

Quick Update: (Texas Service Center) Finally got my SSN on Feb 16 and My DL/State ID (Illinois) today.

EAD Arrived Feb 7th/ Applied for SSN Feb 8 Received in the mail Feb 16.

My RFE was for evidence of continuous presence from 07-11. Done through a lawyer from the beginning. No criminal background. I guess the college transcripts, whomever was reviewing my case, decided to put them under the education category. Obviously I had to be present to receive the grades. RFE reply included roughly 350+ pages of phone records, medical, bank, blockbuster card, Bally's contract, Student Observation Placement for Teaching (signed by college officials and field supervisors/teachers). On top, I made clear to the lawyer, to send in the original College Transcript and to make note of the dates for each semester: Spring, Summer, and Fall. My lawyer emailed me the Pdf packet and she put a summary of what was going in the packet in a table form per year (what was sent the first time followed by what was being sent the second time). I didn't receive an envelope. My understanding, probably due to my individual RFE, mine was sent as a package. My lawyer said she always puts case # on front so they don't deal with opening it so it can go directly to the individual reviewing my case. Call USCIS.
