If you have a similar name to a convict, they might want to double check you are not him, which in turn takes more time. After this check you're turned into the staff. Some staff personnel are very slow so depending on who gets your case is another variable. Stop making "average days" threads look so useless by using the word "random." If they were random, we would have approvals that take 1 day and lesser of earlier applicants that did the biometrics, there is obviously a pattern there.

If that's the case, I'm screwed because I couldn't find my I-94.

I think attempting to get an I-94 is going to be too hard. It takes about 2.5-3 months to get one. I'd look for evidence elsewhere.

You think if they are asking for a I-94, I can send my other evidence? Would the be specific, like saying "apply for I-94" or something like that

Anybody know if I can send back my requested evidence in another envelope?

The one that USCIS sent me won't cut it,it's one of those #10 Envelopes.

All my evidence will not fit in there.
I noticed inside the envelope it has a barcode though, which includes my LIN#

Please anybody with some insight on this.

Thanks.

You should add the numbers on the list. So we know how many total at the top.

Good job by the way
