I don't get why they're still on this "we won't be able to prove they've been here before the age of 16," thing.

If we can prove someone went to school 50 years ago, why can't we prove they've been in school for the past 5+ years? Ridiculous.

As far as I know, here in CA, I have my I guess, statewide CA Student ID. Not sure if it's the proper name, but, that little baby will help me prove I've been going to school here continuously since kinder.

All I can say is, they are just throwing pointless points to stop the lobbing.
