I hope you are not addressing my post. Either way, I am being optimistic as I've seen the accomplishments of the Obama administration. Who would have thought health care legislation would have passed 10 years ago? Two years for that matter?

And my guess is that if they start after elections, (and they HAVE TO, it's the only major thing that's left) they'll have all the time in the world to debate, and get it to where Republicans will come on board.

It didn't work with health care, but immigration is an issue that all senators and representatives have a common agreement.
