Not quite. Reid said DREAM as standalone isn't good (for whatever reason because repubs can add any amendment they want in any bill to kill it). The possibility, albeit theoretical at the moment, is that Dream can be added as an amendment to a larger bill.

they should do whatever it takes to pass it they know what they are doing and adding dream to another amendment is prob a better idea
