Why always blame Repubs? Democrats have had control since 2006, and a supermajority not to long ago. Nothing has happened and nothing serious will happen before November.

Majority/supermajority is not enough.

Many democrats have to answer to conservative constituents in their home states and districts. They will vote conservative in order to keep their spot in office.

You can't blame the democratic party when the problem is the constituents.
