Accoring to the article above, lemieux could still vote no since durbin is bypassing the judiciary committee process and it fails to address the larger immigration issues (aka its not part of CIR). So DA User, stop with your nonsense ohh this person is a yes, that person is a yes, ohh we can get 62-63 votes easily, ohh john mccain will come around and vote yes since he won his primary election and has nothing to be afraid about.. I don't think you've ever been correct.
Right, the reason he votes no is because it was a attachment bill. I said 61 or 62. My predictions are still at 61/21 Yays when DA comes back as a stand-alone soon.

holding these Republicans to their word is useless. they can say anything about the DA and their seemingly wavering opinion on the subject. until, of course, they vote 'No' if and when a vote ever comes up. the Right Wing won't go against their overwhelming viewpoints. sad to say it, but it's true.

our best shot is to go after those who have voted 'Yes' before, and through a standalone vote, perhaps we can have some of them vote 'Yes' again.

We should get some Yays from Reps for stand-alone. We got double digit Yays from Rep in 2007.
