LOL this is hilarious. I am happy for her but all this time and she can't speak English. LOL Also, she could have received her paper through the 1986 Amnesty. I guess she wasn't very politically aware or maybe not very intelligent...I hope its the former

Or maybe she was not here continously. In n out to Mexico. She must have lived good chunk of her life in mexico i believe. Made some money and then went to spend in her home country. Otherwise noone can miss these many chances to get legalize. There is much more to the story now. Well happy for her finally she got it and now can call this country her home. Oh yea very strange that she doesn'T speak ENGLISH, even when she was a child when came here. Hard to believe living 100 years and cannot spk. the language even working here too and went to school too for some time. Well wish her all d luck now ))

To all of those asking why she doesn't speak Enlish, you have to realize that in the Texas Valley (Brownsville, McAllen, Mission, etc), the population is 80-85% hispanic, even most 4-5th generation Americans speak Spanish.
