I didn't know Ben Nelson voted for cloture last time, that's really surprising. He is up for re-election in 2012, that probably explains why he won't vote to invoke cloture this time around.

Nelson voted for cloture on DA on September 21st, now we don't have his support, we have to bring it up a notch and some,!!!! Keep working.
