1. You would be in nonimmigrant status for ten years

...

During those ten years, you have to satisfy military or college requirement.

2._ After Nonimmigrant status for ten years, you can get greencard for two years (provided that you got military or college requirement out of the way)

3._ After greencard for two years, you can apply for citizenship.

4._ Age Cap is now 30

5._ States will continue to be penalized for granting in-state tuition to DREAmers.

I THINK WE WOULD NEED A BORDER SECURITY COMPONENT THOGH
can you post the whole email online ? I'm a little bit skeptical of what kind of nonimmigrant status lawmakers would impose on DREAMers.

Exactly.

You'll be on conditional status. You won't be able to break a single rule or commit any minor offense or you'll risk deportation. I've read stories of people who have had green cards, have been stopped for speeding and have gotten their status revoked.

u can get married, but it wont help; u wont be allowed to change ur status by adjusting through marriage.

once u choose the DA path, u stick with it

so, u would wait 12+ for papers regardless
