She doesn't have any statement on her site opposing the dream act. The ONLY people who claimed she released a statement are the NumberUSa anti-immigration group.
This is what they are saying on their website now

Here's the list of U.S. Senators with their Washington D.C. phone numbers. Members in RED have not indicated which way they will vote or may be showing signs of changing their vote.
Snowe, Olympia J. - (R - ME)
D.C. office: (202) 224-5344

If the statement they put out was true about her voting no, then why are they even worried about her then?

Keep on calling her!

I'm following a lot DREAMers on Twitter that are either currently in D.C. or on their way there. They are specifically asking for us to call the following Senators. If you have the time, call. If you can fax, do that too.

Call through this toll free number so that they can keep track of the pro-DREAM calls being made: 866-587-6101.

Twitter Target List
Conrad (ND)
(202) 224-2043
FAX (202) 224-7776
ZIP: 58210

Kirk (IL)

Fax (202) 228-4611
ZIP: 61412

Snowe (ME)
(202) 224-5344

ZIP: 04426

Collins (ME)
(202) 224-2523
Fax (202) 224-2693
ZIP: 04426

Brownback (KS)

Nothing has changed then and the Maine Senators are still required.

I believe the baseline requirements for Dream or CIR to pass WILL require Republican support, specifically from the state of Maine.
DADT seems to have 61 votes at this time due to the Maine Senators and Senator Brown,so Dream act still appears quite closer than it has ever been.

Here's a simple script to use:

"Hello, I'm Calling to ask Sen.______ to please support the DREAM ACT. This bill will allow undocumented youth who came to this country as children earn a path to citizenship by serving in the U.S. armed forces or going to college. A vote for the DREAM Act is a vote for America's future."
