Great job admins.
No - we are fed up with the lies. Exploited workers are fed up. Broken families are fed up. States are fed up. You -Fill-in-the-blank is fed up. Maybe you should take a cue when most people agree. Calling out politicians on their bullshit isn't crying and being negative. Nice try Obama administration plant.

Pull your sleeves up and get ready for round 2. If this bill fails, at least we can say that it failed with support rather than disgruntled murmurs of youths.

"Obama administration plant" lol...., no I'm just not going to post negative comments that hold NO constructive help to them. Trust me we all get it, we are all in a pretty shitty as predicament, but crying about all of that on HERE isn't going to let any politicians know that, or do anything about it. Advocacy for the DREAM act will, being positive, thus boosting the moral on this forum to Advocate will actually do something. Do you understand? Or do i need to put this in Spanish, Mandarin, Indian, or what?

I bet 10 dollars they are going to introduce it this year then leave the vote for after the elections. Why you ask? so they can use it as a tool for votes as they did with every other DA before.

just a thought. lets say that this dream act does passes. even with repubes controlled house. this is bill is more narrower than the one in 2010. that means more dreamers are going to be eliminated. and people who are trying to pass the state level DA, like NY DA, then they are not going anywhere with their version. so its like loose loose situation for many.

The people who are ranting and crying here are the ones who are not helping the cause. YOU are the cause that the Dream Act doesn't pass.

It's disqualifying a lot of older dreamers, but we still got to focus on passing a legislation that can benefit MOST dreamers.

It is a sad thing that the those individuals who founded the DA can't qualify.

Democrats have NO backbone. The more Bush is gone the more i think, he was pretty good president he was willing to fight tooth and nail to the end, to accomplish his goals.

Its very easy to pass Dream Act, you keep the Senate in Session and wait as long as needed for Republicans to compromise...Have the Senate in Session as long as needed, bring back the old times: cots where senators used to sleep to accomplish stuff/compromise, reading the bill for 20 hrs so they fn finally know whats in it, instead of spreading fake press releases about legislation.

US Senate is the laziest place in the world, such good salaries, such good perks, so many days off that its pathetic, but no lets stay in session extra day its the end of the world. Tell that to a mother in Chinatown who works in a sweatshop 6 days a week 12 hrs a day...

Senator Durbin salary 2011 $ 174,000, tell him to take 150k paycut if DA doesnt pass see how quickly it passes

As much as I agree with your other statements, this is not Senator Durbin's fault or bc he's lazy.

I'm not being negative when I say.. DA is not going to pass if a 20 mil ppl marched to white house. The Rep has majority in House and there are more Rep than '10 when there were less Rep.

I'm trying to be realistic, not spreading negativity. Accept it and move on. Keep in mind that DA will not pass no matter what until '13. Prepare yourself for the worst.
