It means a new bill will introduced in the Senate. It has to muster 60 Yes votes to move on with the Debate.

What happened to the Filibuster bill?

Introduced the bill doesn't mean it will come up to the table within few month. look at last time, the bill had been introduced since March 2009(i forgot it is 2010 or 2009), but it tried to pass congress in Dec 2010~!!!!!

REMEMBER: Senate recess begins August 8. Last year, I could feel the time just ticking away like a bomb, and yet here we are, almost half of 2011 has passed and we are running out of time for legislation AGAIN. What a cruel joke that time is an undocumented immigrant's best and worst friend. If they mean to pass the Dream Act, they need to schedule the votes asap.

Several other bills came up for Dec 2010 though.
