Guys, this article means that we really need to pressure our champ, Durbin, to improve the way the DA is written, urging him to listen to the advice from these pious leaders and the speakers who offered ideas on how to better the DA at the Senate hearing. If Durbin were to do this and combine the DA with an enforecement measure, I am certain the DA would have a high likelihood of becoming a reality this year.
We need to drown out the voice of the Tea Party first though.

i'd agree with the so called "clean" version, well Richard Land can you do us a favor a call a few GOP senators and GOP house members and relay that message to them, the fact he's a southern helps alot with those pesky GOP

Sure but this means when you actually get the GC, then the Dream Act law does not apply unless they make a change in the current law system.

Are there any actual stats as to how many people are EWI in the US? I know the stats say that less than 50% of the illegals in the US are from Mexico and not all mexican illegals are EWI. I imagine that it's pretty damn hard to be an EWI if you're not from Mexico or Canada.

Isn't it much easier to migrate to USA from Canada then it is from Mexico?

What about F-1 students from Mexico?
