Yes, they will. They still have authority to do so, and they're still obligated by law to do so. The only shift in policy has been in prosecutorial discretion, not in on-street enforcement.

God forbid I suggest following a legal course of action and turning yourself in... Honestly, though, I can't suggest going through the whole deportation proceedings part. I don't have experience with such things, and I can't suggest what I don't know.

Admittedly, for some individuals, it might be best to do just that. Someone will test it out. Until then, I don't suggest being the test case unless you absolutely must.
