haha USA the whore it is, selling itself because it is so desperate now, sorry your days are over, you are not respected anymore anywhere..Ill take my 500k IF i had, and i think i rather buy 3 houses in Portugal and rent them out, maybe 2 in Barcelona, or maybe in French Riviera, Italy? Getting desperate aren't we? You already give out visas to terrorist instead of civilized people, soon you will be begging homeless to come to your shores for free

Remember how Schumer was supposed to take over where Ted Kennedy left off on immigration? heh he's nothing but a spineless opportunist. Just like his fellow demo-rats.

You can't work under this program. What's the point? Retirement.

It would be interesting to see if they cut that to $250,000 someday or even lower.

I've read some articles about this allow me to share it here please. Foreign immigrants who invest a minimum of $500,000 on an American home should get residence visas, say Sens. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Mike Lee (R-Utah). In order to attract additional foreign investment in the U.S. economy, Schumer and Lee will soon present associated legislation before Congress. Article source: Proposed housing bill would grant immigrants residence visas . For some Americans this news doesn't sound like a good idea and they think that the visa for home purchase bill is a clear act of treason. Well, different people have different views about this issue, let's see if the the idea of this senators would push through.
