Lol. I haven't seen any articles that say that the Dream Act will definately pass either. They only state the happenings and not the certainty for its passage. Our common sense is what tells us the reasons that it might not pass. I'm certainly optimistic for the fact that it has to pass soon, but i don't know if it'll be this year.

The people here who had no hope of passing this year and starting to believe.

Dems and GOP's are coming together on this issue.
