Rubio has clearly been dishonest with us but he's shed more light on and thrown more support behind the Dream Act than the coward Obama.

well, i will suggest your guys dont put all your hopes on dream act. It will be great if it passes, but do plan your future without DA though.

Summer ends on September 20th. Plenty of time left.

Obama will probably use an EO as last resort in his second term if the GOP and Dem version fails and I think it will be a very short temporary relief with lots of restrictions, nevertheless it will be better then now. DHS can put some rule also.

Reminds me of CIR in 111th congress (the theoretical Schumer-Graham bill). "We are working on it and will introduce it when it's ready..." It never was.

Schumer is the biggest liar on the planet. He has no credibility what so ever. He is a fucking moron.

How is it that it's taking Rubio months to write a 20 page bill that was already written 10 times before. If he wanted to, he could knock it out in a day.
The CBO, which scored the 2000 page health care bill in days several times over as it was revised, is now taking months to get back on a 20 page bill that has little financial impact.
Excuses, excuses, stalling, stalling. He'll release it just before elections, democrats will block it, and Romney will pick up a few Hispanic sympathy votes. This game is being played out for it's maximum effect.

Why in the world is everyone taking this author's words to heart? The author is assuming the fact because he's probably heard it somewhere, too. Rubio never mentioned it will be by the end of summer. I'm tired as hell of these articles because they're the same things over and over again, so i request you all to only put up new information. The source has to be from Rubio himself or someone closely working with him to be a credible fact!

Rubio has already said he does not want a specific month attached to it, thus a pretty good sentence describing a man who is probably not going to release it this month or even next once convention plans and mode are being ratched up and congress takes yet even more breaks. And as other posters on this forum have mentioned, CBO is pretty quick and effective, it does not take them months to analyze one modification to an already existing bill(the dream act).

What Rubio has been excellent at though is just endless hype and conversations that have just milked all he can get out of people who are desperate for any legislative relief. I could see it from the start that this was just an election year ploy.

How can Rivera release two bills and Rubio cannot? That is the key question.

And lastly, this is the Hill, they're one of the best capitol hill media outlets there is, they would not report this if they did not have a credible source.

We're so f$@&ed! Why can't we catch a break?! Seriously, do we just need to screw someone in Congress to finally get the DA passed? I'm just saying....
