lol he can go ahead and promise the entire dream act to me and I'll still tell all my friends not to vote for him. this guy flip flops so much he'll say whatever to get the votes, then once he's in power he'll change his mind and deport all of us

I agree. After today, It would be really disrespectful FOR ME and others who benefit from this new policy to campaign against Obama.

The aged dreamers are a different story though. I understand and respect their anger. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Mitt has a good chance of winning still. The polls are split and its a long way to november. Obama has a long road ahead of him

WOW. Looking at his face, you will see how fake and nervous he is. Obama has played I tell you a MASTER CLASS shot on him.

Checkmate. This is over and his body language and face say it all.

I have to give credit where credit is due. The activists set this up for us by shutting down the OFA offices this past week, their years of hard work and determination. But, Obama just shut Romney out of this election.

This is simply an action by the President that says, "I gave your kids a shot when he wanted all of you to self-deport".

Latinos and immigrants are a loyal bunch and as our USC friends, relatives and allies see us being able to move on with our lives, they will remember one person: Barack Obama.

^^^^ Indeed!

Now Romney's just trying to impose as someone who'll help us if he'll be elected. The only "long-term solution" (which he talks about), is the Dream Act itself. However, he's been saying he's going to veto that since the beginning. Yet, he's saying he supports Rubio's DA...... F*ck off Romney, you've lost.

Not with out the Latino vote. You cannot win with out a good chunk of that demographic. Obama played a genius move here with deferred action. GOP is caught with their pants down on immigration and they only have a few months to respond, because promises don't go further than on the spot policy change. Voters won't buy the BS they're peddling unless they actually manage to pass legislation, which they won't because they don't want to.

They're stuck between a rock and a hard place, and it feels great to watch them squirm over it.

I honestly think Latino votes wouldn't do him good. It will boost him, but he always has the votes from Latino community. But the fact that there are fewer engaged Latino voters, and more blue collar natural Americans makes the election really really tough.

That's the problem. You are more non-Hispanic people voting for Republican simply because the Democrats hasn't done any good job on improving the economy accoding to all the folks out there....
