I think they did it to disrespect our President. I also think this letter means close to nothing, if this does get challenged in the Court system, it will not get overturned. Most of us with work permits can occupy jobs that most Americans can't. Lets me honest, some are give opportunities that most of us would kill for and they just discard them.
