What if one applies and only is missing the age cap of 30 requirement?

Ehm, I think once the time comes (or perhaps now even) someone should start a thread with lawyer references for each state. I don't really know any reputable lawyers in MA. so a thread like that with suggestions would be greatly useful. Just a thought... >.>' I've heard of L. I have heard of Scott. She is very popular reputable lawyer.

If you cannot afford her fees but would like an attorney as dedicated and knowledgable as she is try Ana Maria Schwartz also in Houston, TX and she is good friends with Laurel and i believe at some point Laurel was Ms. Schwartz Mentor. She also takes cases from all over.

Has Laurel by any chance mentored anyone in New York? LOL.
At the very least, do you happen to know if she has highly recommended any lawyers in New York? I am absolutely in love with her obvious dedication and knowledge. NEED/WANT someone like her BADLY!

You will most likely be put in Removal Proceedings and then you could request for Prosecutorial Discretions which in some cases if you prove that you have economic/financial hardship they could allow you to obtain an EAD (Work permit) , at our office we have requested this for some clients who were offered P.D. and we have yet to received an answer.

What happens to these people after the PD expires/ends? Are they placed in deportation or is the PD renewed? Is it possible to get permanent residency when being on PD (without marriage, family, work sponsorship)?
