I'm glad the response is very negative towards Romney's "proposal" in this thread. Rubio of course had the gall to back up Romney which makes me really irritated by that Cuban.

Well, he uses the word, replace. Does this mean: "I will keep the EO in place but replace it with a permanent solution once congress passes one"?

I don't trust him at all.

I do not think he would have the guts to repeal such thing. Republicans would face deep trouble in the future.
