It's basically the same thing as the last conference call. Note that they said they'll provide an overview. Like last time, they'll just repeat things from the guidelines. It's probably for people who missed the last conference and/or people who are too lazy to just read the guidelines themselves. Nothing new.

Overview of the process, not an overview of the guidelines dude. I think we've had more than enough time to be realize who applies and who doesn't.
