Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, a Republican, ordered her state this week not to issue driver's licenses to those who apply for work papers under the new program. Other states, such as California, already issue driver's licenses to illegal immigrants.
The fuck? This writer is on some crazy ass drug... I know for a fact that Caliofornia doesn't issue DL's to illegal immigrants because Ex-Governor Schwarzenegger repealed that shit years ago -.-

that's some bullshit!! The executive order came by the president and the government agencies USCIS and DHS! As long as a person provides the documents a state asks for to get driver's licenses, they cannot deny it!

However, their efforts will not apply to DACA beneficiaries as those granted deferred action will not be accruing any unlawful presence and will be documented with federal work authorization and social security numbers.

In the same way that people with TPS can obtain driver's licenses, so too will DACA beneficiaries.
Yes it has. Rubio almost introduced a bill in June. He may even have a draft who knows but he should introduce it because right now Hispanics love Obama.

Giving ID/DL's to DACA's will raise money though. They should raise the ID/DL application rates also but should not deny.
