Phuck this is making me not want to join the military if ever I become a citizen. I don't want to defend their freedom while I see them oppress my fellow illegal human beings.

wtf... what is all this leading towards??? I just hope that DACA is not going to turn into some huge upset towards the DREAM Act movement... if deportations occur because of possible declined DACA applications; I can just see the media having a field day... just sayin

It's fine that Mississippi bans the access to public benefit. Why would you need it at the first place? "Public benefit" = food stamp, housing, etc.

It seems that you're still eligible for a driver license in Mississippi

Yeah. I really don't see how these states will bar DACA beneficiaries from obtaining drivers licenses. I mean they're going to have EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Doing this will alienate that state from the union and I don't think this will go well with the Obama administration. These people are trying to bring America back to the civil war era.

Exactly. Work Authorization is provided on the Ferderal level, not the state. If the converse were true, Dreamers would have most certainly already been granted EADs in states like CA.
