I think Obama will win, hopefully. If Romney wants the Latino vote, he just has to promise he won't cancel DACA. I, like everyone else, hope for reform, but I do believe it won't happen anytime soon, and what DACA gives us (and the promise for it's renewal) is really all I need.

Rubio has to come up with a Dream Act and getting it passed before the elections. This is the only way Romney has a shot.

I doubt they'll come up with a plan, but If they do that's great.
I have no problem with both parties coming up with proposals that benefit us.
Rubio had his chance in June when he promised to deliver an immigration proposal.
He gave up on that shortly after Obama delivered the DACA memo on June 15.

Rubio is old news, he never had a bill and will never make one. It was just a bluff to rally up some Latino votes for Romney.

OBAMA = 2012 ! I pray, hope, and believe he will win. The Dems will take over the House AND the SENATE! and pass the Dream Act at EASE!
