I don't understand this Act, from what I've read late PM yesterday all it does it gives more Visas so you can AOS from an Employment Based Sponsorship.
It doesn't change the fact that you still have to be sponsored.

Keep in mind this is only a bill to be proposed.

And since it's no DREAM Act, I am doubtful that it will forgive grounds of inadmissibility. That is, if you can't get a work sponsorship right now because of your undocumented status (DACA doesn't change this), you wouldn't be able to either with a bill like this.

I say everybody should just go back to school! I mean at least try to get some kind of degree so if this bill is approved then we can all apply and get green card!
In few years I'll be getting my masters in aerospace and mechanical engineer! If dream act doesnt pass, I hope this act passes at least!

What exactly is the definition of "advance degree"? Is a BS in biochemistry part of it?

I agree. It's the money part that's always held me back

Maybe I can get a better job and get more money for school after I'm approved

they should stop creating all these damn acts that technically all mean the same thing and just pass the ORIGINAL DREAM ACT.
