ps: USCIS does not say that after the two years, the president will or will not allow it to continue (we all dont hav the same dates on our work permits anyways). They just say we will apply as long as we need to study and work. |

What do you think it is? I'm curious. In order for it to be law, it has to be passed by Congress and signed by the President.
