One thing that everyone here needs to watch for is that a debt ceiling deal has to be attached to the Fiscal Cliff deal as well, or Obama will have to fight that fight after the fiscal cliff debacle; and that will probably push back DA/CIR talks back.

The requirements for those who qualify for CIR would probably be more difficult for those who qualify for DA. If CIR passes with DA attached to it, it almost guarantees that DACA'ers will have a much easier route to citizenship that those who would be ineligible for DA, but qualify under CIR.
