The authority's check local cameras, take a snap shot of his face, process it through the database and bingo we have our offender. Just like if you get pulled over by the cops they ask for your ID which they enter in their database and there you are.
Should 'good common sense' replace hard facts? Interpol database contains about 162,000 records of known criminals. What's the world's population again? 6,900,000,000?

Countries typically share only their criminal databases to Interpol, and that's only if they think the criminal has ran abroad or he's part of an international crime organization. Immigration violation in USA is not a crime / felony, except for a few things (like re-entering after being formally deported).

I don't think this is for DACA, seems like this is for asslyum cases or visitor visas apps or other apps who has history of relating to either country's immigration system other wise it would have said all immigration apps from both country's will go through this type of detabase search, It seems to be imposible for them to do it on all cases. There might be special selected cases would go through this check.

Life goes on. Stop with privacy shit. Agree. I mean, your ISP tracks all your traffic, how long you've been on a porn page. Yeah. They do. Every thing.

So live your life.

Any site can be a "conspiracy site" if you want it to be. Free your mind. Read a little further, no matter how strange something sounds. Make sure your opinion is yours and yours only.

My mind is free. When I research stuff, I go for reliable sources like official, academic or reputable news organization sites. A lot of times I also spent time to learn the subject academically, so I understand how it works instead of solely relying on someone else's opinion.

I went to school for IT and dealt with databases, so my opinion on this matter is not pure speculation. Since I'm an immigrant, what the government does to my data is of a particular interest to me. By this time I figure there's a record of me stored in at least SEVIS, NSEERS, and US-VISIT.

My pet peeve is the word 'common sense'. When you're dealing with complex subjects you have to spend an effort in learning its principles. Common sense often times doesn't cut it, because many things are counter intuitive.

Sorry, I don't mean to lecture you, just a rant.
