Its a risk thing for them. Basically a liability lol. You wouldn't hire someone to build you a fence who only has a 2 day work permit over someone doesn't while they both have the qualifications.

I think the only professional jobs that DACA applicants can land are those in big company, since they hire EAD for most of their position, and their experienced HR tend not to ask about immigration status
My advice is to suck major dick and I don't mean this literally but I mean sell yourself out wait not literally. I mean, make yourself a valuable person. Make them think, "wow this person is great we NEED this person" And to become friends with the people on top. Try to impress, innovating something to make them want to sponsor you. But obviously getting hire in the first place is the tricky part. You ll probably have to start in a low position and work your way up. But just apply everywhere
