Wow all this time and still 90% I don't think they will have a bill by April 8. It's probably gonna be around mid April.

Honestly, I think they can call it 90%, 92%, 95%, 99%...it still doesn't change the fact that the only thing stalling everything now it seems is the low skill visa debate, the exact same thing that derailed 2007 CIR if I recall.

Reminds me of Union workers going on strike and then the negotiations that come afterwards. It can be quick or it can be long and bloody...

But, I really think this is it...I really believe CIR is on the verge of passing...this will be our year.
