PATRICK LEAHY..From Vermont..will not back down from this! I just have the gut feeling about this. Enough is enough. Even some of these Congressmen are fed up by their old school ways of obstruction. Shit needs to get rolling ASAP. Rubio is like a little kindergartener compared to some of these big boys. I made a very scary prediction few months ago and I stand by it. Rubio will not vote YAY or he will skip the CIR vote.
