I am from CA, Piolin has been a help, most of his listeners are spanish speakers, with himI think the easiest most helpful thing he can do is help us organize a rally or something of the sort. I think we should get other radio stations to help, maybe e-mail some newspapers do to a story on it or something.

An activist told me that students were going to talk to Pelosi about the Dream Act. He said Thurday, I don't know if it is this Thursday or next Thursday. Although Pelosi is not going to vote for Dream. She wan lobby for us with her Senate Friends. This event is going to be in Sacramento. Thus, I will keep you in form as soon as get new info.

I didn't really understand your post. Did you just say Pelosi wouldn't vote for DREAM? She's been a big [yet obviously not very active lol] supporter of DREAM ever since it has been drafted. Care to elaborate?

^ I think he meant that she wouldn't get the chance to vote for DREAM since its the Senate who will get to attach the DREAM Act.

Here's what Optimist said, "Although Pelosi is not going to vote for Dream. She wan(ts to) lobby for us with her Senate Friends."

Thank You for the correction and yes, your interpretation is right. Okay, a group of students are going to talk to Pelosi tomorrow in San Francisco about the Dream Act. It is not in Sacramento, my source was wrong but send me a correction a couple of minutes ago. Another group is trying to convince a congresswoman from Sacramento to become a co-sponsor of the Dream Act. Even if the Dream Act is not going to be voted by the house of representatives, it helps a lot when members of the HR are trying to convince the Senate to pass the Dream Act. As for my poor English, I have two excuses one is lame and the other is great. The lame one is that I have less time speaking English than most of you. The other one is that I was really hugry and my mother made enchiladas michoacanas while I was writing the post. mmmmm enchiladas! if there are any more questions or misunderstandings please demand a response.

She's released a press release in her own website supporting the Dream Act. She's pretty much a sure bet.
