i was watching abc news' "person of the week" segment. the person they had on today had something like 10 tumors and was said that he had 2 months to live.

the most interesting part of the whole segment was when he talked about brick walls (obviously symbolizing our problems). he said that brick walls aren't there to stop you from accomplishing your goals, they're there to differentiate between the people who really want something and those that don't want it enough. I immediately thought about the DREAM act and the people that were being pro-active in trying to get it passed.

I KNOW that i want the DREAM act more than almost anything in this world. it would free me from so much. I will not stop until DREAM passes. I want it that much.

the true question is, how much do the other dreamies around want it? think about it.

we all need to be committed to DREAM. if you don't want it enough, you will not get it. that "brick wall" needs to be shattered.

I read an article about it this morning when i went to get my morning paper.. It was sad it really puts things in perspective and even though DREAM is important it is not everything .. For those who dont know the guy is a professor and he went to do his lecture at the college he taught at, and he named it "My Final Lecture" or something to that affect.. The guy has only 2 months to live, during the lecture he talked about his life showing slides, the said thing is he has 3 young sons 2,5, and i believe... Just terrible
