It sounds like it guys.An article mentioned Reid had filed the motion to end debate and by Senate rules it must be done in 30 hours or under.

How likely are we going to get 70 votes? The actual vote is after the vote to end debate right?

^I think we'll be stuck at 69 judging by that prior vote concerning the 'point of order'.C-span also says 'vote to limit debate and amendments' so this is more than likely the last vote that requires 60 votes before final passage.

Yes...but the motion to end debate is where we are looking for plus 70 votes. Passage requires simple majority.
